Lasy to make, can, and drink later. Concord grapes substitute well.
SCUPPERNONG JUICE (for later use in jelly only)
Make juice as you would when making jelly, but can or freeze it for later jelly-making. When canning this juice, process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
